TrafficCentral Core Business Philosophy
TrafficCentral® & This Site's Core Business Phillosphy
by Doug Ashbaugh, President and CEO of TrafficCentral
Revised 7/5/04

Introduction

The TrafficCentral® Global Network is built from new technology that is based on an Internet changing methodology, sometimes in contrast to prior practices, resulting in significant paradigm shifts.  The result is a new philosophy in marketing on the Internet, which must be studied to see the pure brilliance of the underlying theory, established herein, and to understand how this Patent Pending System, can ultimately be leveraged to increase a website's exposure to highly targeted human beings.

Imperative 1 - Only Human Beings Have Relevant Value In Internet E-Commerce

Internet E-commerce is relatively immature. People from all walks of life, all races, all religions, and all other characteristics that may separate or join humanity are explored in many ways, and most ways conceived by the human mind, on the Internet. From serious facets of the Internet ranging from scientific exploration and research and financial opportunity creation, to the human need for entertainment and various pleasures both visual and audible, the Internet is primarily human-centric fora for exploration and expression at both an aggregate and a most personal level. While it consists of high speed computers, wires, and other technology that glue it together, the Internet's primary facet and feature is the sharing of information among human beings.

For many years, long before the Internet as we know it, computers have communicated in many ways, land based and through radio waves. Whether through copper lines or satellite links, any number of computers discussing life or any other topic, is simply not a good example of what characterizes the modern Internet. Human beings and their interactions with each other, and with the content on the computers linked to the modern Internet, are what make it so unique. It is the Human interaction and Human interface that makes the Internet "interesting" compared to all other periods in the history of computers and the science.

Unfortunately, Humans do not always understand computers and what computers are doing with the computing resources that Humans interact with, and it is up to the responsible few to identify the important characteristics needed to ensure the Internet remains the human-centric fora that adds the intangible and tangible financial values, the modern Internet is capable of. Because, humans are involved and the Internet is New technology and a New environment, there is the potential for positive and negative usage of the varies and diverse computing resources connected to the Internet. As with any society, there will be humans that do amazingly wonderful and innovative things to enhance and improve humanity in general, ther will be those that use the Internet for pragmatic and economic practices in a normal and appropriate fashion, and there will be those both technically saavy enough, or misled and naive, doing things that are damaging.

In any case, the clear value and interactions of human beings with the Internet characterize it's inate and tangible value. With regard to e-commerce, the interaction may result in acceptance between consumers and producers. In this light, the Internet has significant and far reaching, Global, financial value. The act of connecting the Human Internet consumer or Participant with the Internet producer or Program is the mantra of the Internet advertiser.

It will be rare when any company or person allows a computer to make a purchase without a human being, or to allow the computer to accept the Terms and Conditions of any Program, without a Human beings subjective and objective evaluation of the product or Program. Until the science of artificial intelligence changes substantially, it is very clear that only Human beings currently have relavant clear value regarding accepting any form of agreement through the Internet.

You now understand why "Only Human Beings Have Relevant Value to Advertisers on the Internet".

Imperative 2 - Direct and Indirect Theft of Advertising Dollars via Computer Crime Must be Understood. No AutoSurf Allowed.

Computers can scan the Internet and connect to websies at a far faster rate then any Human being. This is potentially a good facet related to computer capabilities, when used properly. There is an area related to the Internet where the interaction between computers and human beings has resulted in an inappropriate imbalance. In addition, the imbalance to be discussed and identified is in an area of technology and Internet science that is New to legislation and both unmonitored and unlegislated at this point in time. Additionally, legislative bodies are only now becoming aware of the subtleties involved with this aspect of the Internet and our society. The area that is being identified now is that of Internet advertising.

While it is the full intent of Internet advertisers to reach and connect with a human, the reality is that the modern day Internet has little provision to ensure this occurs when the advertiser practices normal Internet advertising. Inthis light, there are no governing bodies, few standards, and effectively no legislation regarding the use of computers to stimulate or simulate Human intended interfaces and interaction with Human-centric interfaces. The interface being identified is the common Internet web browser, design to connect a Human beings receptive features with the Internet websites stimuli. Whether that stilumli comes in the form of text, images, animations, or audio, the stimuli is clearly intended for Human beings, and not computers.

Unfortunately, there has been a creation of a commonly used computer program technology on the Internet known as AutoSurf.

This technology is damaging in many ways, both obvious and subtle. Obviously, a computer capable of simulating views of a website many thousands of times a day, withouth any attempts to comprehend or derive meaning from the views, does nothing more than consume Internet computing resources in the form of bandwidth usage, latent expense for replacing hardware, and power costs. The delays caused by AutoSurf relative to Internet response time for real commerce are not practically measurable without substantial and costly study, almost impractical to initiate.

Indirectly, AutoSurfs interacts with websites that contain advertising programming intended for interaction with human beings. Many times, this programming and the implemenation of the programming is associated with advertising dollars spent to connect or present the website to a human being as a potential consumer or participant. Obviously, when a computer initiating the stimuli that displays the website does so, most often without a human being watching the screen and commonly with the computer screen's power turned completely off, there is no chance for a human being to notice or take interest in the intended advertisement.

As such, the advertisers dollars are effectively consumed by these fast acting programs, leaving advertisers bewildered and wondering why no one is interested in their product or service, even if it be the most viable or useful invention of all time. Before the existence of TrafficCentral, the Internet advertiser could not, in any reasonable manner, sense or assure that their site was displayed to human beings with this form of computer activity, and the lack of advertising structure, on the Internet.

Another aspect of the problems plagueing Internet advertisers involves combatant technology also "blocking"their advertising activity, which we will discuss in a later sections.

At this juncture, it is our belief that AutoSurf technology is nothing more than computer crime in general when it affects an advertisers account directly or indirectly. Because of hte subtle interactions and programming paths that hook many sites together through varied Internet advertising points know as exchanges, it is almost impossible to isolate AutoSurf activity from any other website on the Internet, therefore causing interactions that the Internet advertiser never anticipated, was warned about, and certainly would not ahve paid advertsiing dollars for.

In many cases on the Internet, technically saavy marketers have promoted AutoSurf ignoring the indirect damages withou outlining clear and enforceable technical boundaries and enforceable policies to prevent the theft of advertisers dollars due to AutoSurf interaction.

Because of the opportunity for collusion of Internet advertisers sites with AutoSurf sites, it is our clear perspective that AutoSurfs in general result in theft on the Innternet today and should be made illegal until significant controls and boudnaries ar enacted that clearly eliminate the impact an AutoSurf has on changin an advertisers credits in the various forms of advertising exchanges and systems used on the Internet today. With this primary observation, and that which was based on the negative experience of advertising budget theft, in mind, TrafficCentral and several NEW technologies were developed to provide a proper fora for Internet advertiser and the intended consumer.

In general though, AutoSurfs are illegal by our definition. While legislature has not addressed this topic wholly, TrafficCentral will provide the first global adversigin environment on the Internet that is intent on isolating AutoSurf oriented computing. For our use, we will agree:

AutoSurfs are defined as any script, system, piece of software, or technological discovery that initiates browser views or simulated views of web pages, or any form of auto-pilot surfing which causes the number of credits in any advertiser's account to change without human involvement or intervention. In otherwords, AutoSurfs can include, but are not limited to, any type of browsing that does not require human involvement in the form of physical interaction with the computer between views, or where a web page can be left open and automatically refreshed without human intervention or physical stimulation, or by any other technology that bypasses a human being's involvement in the process of changing the number of credits in any advertiser's account. AutoSurfs meant solely for the purpose of entertainment which do not modify the number of credits in any advertiser's account, directly or indirectly, are neither illegal nor unethical and are NOT the subject of this directive.

The core philosophy relating to this directive is the use of AutoSurf systems is equivalent to computer crime as it leads to theft of advertising inventory, translating into the direct theft of an advertiser's resources when that advertising has been paid for.

While participating in the TrafficCentral Network in any capacity (whether as a Participant, a Member, Purchaser, PaidToWarp™ Member, Affiliate, Reseller, Node Owner, or otherwise), you agree that neither you, nor any person or entity acting on your behalf, will use, or allow to be used, on any website, web page, or doorway page linked to the TrafficCentral Network in any way, any form of AutoSurf as it currently exists or in future developments.  You further agree that while participating in the TrafficCentral Network, you will defend heavily against the use of any form of  AutoSurf.. While participating in the TrafficCentral Network as a Member, Participant, Affiliate, Reseller, or Node Owner, you not only agree to the no AutoSurf philosophy and policy, but you further agree to educating others on the problem with  AutoSurf, reporting users of AutoSurf in the TrafficCentral Network, and defending all Nodes in the TrafficCentral Network as much as possible. You understand that TrafficCentral's belief is that the use of AutoSurf is illegal on the Internet and You agree that AutoSurf is illegal to use anywhere within or affecting the TrafficCentral Network.

Imperative 3 - Traffic Quality is more important than Traffic Volume

Because TrafficCentral and it's participating members and Node owners are in agreement to eliminate and isolate AutoSurf related computing from our advertisers websites in a systematic and cooperative fashion, the inflated, and generally meaningless, traffic volumes palgueing the Internet today do not YET exist in the TrafficCentral Global Network of Nodes. As such, advertisers using our systems and service should understand an appropriate marketing strategy to leverage this new advertising resource. In general, and to limit discussion on this particular subject, Internet advertisers should learn to distribute their portfolio of Internet advertising dollars in a granular fashion, diversifying their advertising portfolio among the various logically and geographically diverse Nodes in the TrafficCentral Network. In doing so, they will cause their website to Intermix with more websites and real humans from varied geographic and logical fora. This will result in the incremental and consistent advertising of their sites(s) to real humans throughout the TrafficCentral network. The paradigm shift important to recognize here is that many small orders geographically and/or logically dispersed will initially be more effective than one large order at any location in the TrafficCentral Network.

With this in mind, Advertisers should notice their accounts do not diminish quickly relative to other advertising services and will save advertising dollars while receiving human visitors who see their website. A new mindset must be established by advertisers with the understanding that a lower number of credits will be consumed from their adversigin accounts, and that this is very normal and intentional. The number of ads consumed by an advertisers account within the TrafficCentral Network is a for more accurate representation of quality advertising as compared to fabricated volume oriented advertising.

Because of the design of the TrafficCentral network and it's technologies, it is expected that the volumes experienced on the Internet today will be attained in the future, but in the TrafficCentral Network, the improved traffic volume will consist of real human beings as compared to volumes primarily stimulated by AutoSurf.

The traffic flowing throughout the TrafficCentral Network is induced completely by human beings and, each website page that is viewed through the TrafficCentral Network has been stimulated by the physical interaction of a human being on a per web page view, and a human being visually sees each page displayed by any of the Nodes involved in the TrafficCentral Network.

Because TrafficCentral is establishing policies, guidelines, monitoring, and other facets of a new technology in the TrafficCentral Network, many characteristics commonly experienced on the Internet prior to TrafficCentral have changed to some degree. One of the key characteristics that directly affects Members is the expectation for anticipated Traffic VolumeFor further information, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.  These policies, guidelines, monitoring and other facets of the new technology all lead to the "Unstoppable Nature of Our Advertising" and other terms relating to how a Members traffic is delivered.

TrafficCentral visitor traffic has developed into the highest quality product on the Internet. Because of the QUALITY of traffic (human beings viewing websites in categories of their interest), the Traffic Volume may be lower than the current traffic industry expectations on the Internet. Even so, TrafficCentral and TrafficCentral Network Nodes focus on Traffic Quality as compared to Traffic Volume, if given only the choice between the two.

You understand that the positive reputation of TrafficCentral and the reputation of theTrafficCentral Network, heavily depends on Your complying with the rules for your level of participation as set forth in the Terms and Conditions, and other contract documents, and that any member's violation of any rules of any portion can damage TrafficCentral. You agree to interact in a manner that does not falsely impact Traffic Volume or reduce Traffic Quality, particularly by inducing Traffic Volume with Non-Human (or AutoSurf) stimuli.

Imperative 4 - Authorities and Accountability
Lack of Authority on the Internet Today.
AutoSurf still exists legally because the Internet is New technology and the impact of AutoSurf is not clearly understood by judicial bodies. Ther are currently no regulations against the use of AutoSurf. It is unforunate there are no general regulations or laws guiding this area of technology, but it is the full intent of TrafficCentral to use whatever law possible and available to defend the TrafficCentral Global Network from AutoSurf damage. As such, TrafficCentral policies make it a computer crime to enact in any form of AutoSurf that interacts with the TrafficCentral Network. While TrafficCentral fully anticpates criminal laws to eventually develop protecting the TrafficCentral Network and other parts of the Internet, TrafficCentral can currently take action at a civil level to protect the Network with full intent to do so. In addition, we publish clear policy making any third parties contribution of any form to depreciate our advertisers inventory or the the performance of our products or services by any form of computer interference, a criminal offense and will prosecute perpetrators to the fullest extent allowed by lawy.

TrafficCentral is the Authority on the Internet Today.
As TrafficCentral is a stearn opponent to the use of AutoSurf, there are those (likely and inappropriately benefiting financially in TrafficCentral's opinion) that are stearn proponents of AutoSurf making freedom of rights based arguments, and others. As a participant of any form interacting directly or indirectly with the TrafficCentral Global Network; You agree to conform to and support our No-AutoSurf policy and to further allow and/or support whatever measures and safeguards initated by TrafficCentral and Node owners to defend against AutoSurf activity; noting again that in general, TrafficCentral considers unregulated and unrestricted AutoSurf, that impacts any advertisers accounts, equivalent to a computer crime and in particular theft of advertisers dollars. Until other offical or governmental authorities or laws exist that regulate AutoSurf, you agree to recognize TrafficCentral and it's policies and practices as authoritative while interacting with the TrafficCentral Network.

Enforcement and Protection.
To enforce and protect our Members and all other Participants, Purchasers, Affiliates, Resellers, Node Owners, Investors, and Reputation, TrafficCentral may extend monitoring of Internet hardware, software, and Website(s), further than is traditionally done in advertising exchanges on the modern Internet. You understand that your Website(s), if involved with the TrafficCentral Network, may be accessed, inspected, and recorded in various ways by Node Owners, TrafficCentral, or third parties hired to do so. You understand that TrafficCentral will hold You and others accountable for infringements of the Philosophy of the Company and breaches in the Contracts you make with TrafficCentral.

Imperative 5 - Responsibility for Content

Content May Change Without Notice
Because any website owner may change their website content at anytime without notice of anykind to an advertising exchange, TrafficCentral and Node owners or operators within the TrafficCentral Global Network will generally not be aware of changes to your website unless they are brought to Our attention by some Event. Therefore, even if current law implies our responsibility for any content or control of your site by operation of our advertising services, you agree that TrafficCentral, any Node owner, any Reseller, or other participant in the TrafficCentral Network, is not at all responsible for the content of your website or the advertising content itself displayed on your website. You agree to take full responsiblity for all content on your website including, but not limited, to any advertiser content and other exchanged content that you associated with and displayed through your website directly or indirectly.

Unstoppable Advertising®

TrafficCentral® is based on unique, new aggressive ad delivery technology that is the subject of United States provisional patents and International patents pending, which is "Unstoppable" in it's nature. Modern Internet technologies such as pop-up, pop-under, and other forms of sliding window ad technology are prevalent on websites today.  Several commercial vendors sell software that prevents these forms of advertising from occurring or being seen if the internet consumer or surfer buys, installs, and enables the software. This software is commonly referred to as "pop-up stoppers" or "blockerware".

We Deliver Unstoppable, Permeating, and Highly Agressive Advertising - Use With Caution
No such "blockerware" exists for TrafficCentral's current technology (known as NavScreen™) and further that NavScreen™ is protected by intellectual property law, including that of copyright, trademark, trade secret, and United States provisional patents and International patents pending.  Many people may be strongly regarding the matter of an Unstoppable website Advertising technology and are prepared to accept each person's view or the challenges presented by participating in a technology that has strong and widespread global impact.

You understand that because the TrafficCentral Technology produces unstoppable advertising, and you are responsible in whole for all content shown through your Website(s), it is imperative to ensure that Website(s) submitted to the exchange portions of the system or TrafficCentral Network are properly categorized for viewing by an appropriate audience. You also agree wholly to take full responsibility for the content shown on or through your Website(s) and indemnify TrafficCentral, it's Network of Node Operators, and all Independent Node Owners within the TrafficCentral Global Network, from all reactions or litigation related to the Use of Our, agressive and Unstoppable ad technologies and, delivery services.

Imperative 6 - Responsiblity for Actions in Advertising and Internet Use

First exchange on the Internet to use FTC Guidance for Determining Categories and Zones

Properly categorizing websites for advertising purposes is a challenge on the modern Internet. There were no clear laws or precedents established, prior to TrafficCentral.  TrafficCentral has pioneered the first advertising exchange and traffic system that suggests categorization of websites by referencing FTC Guidelines. Although ever changing, these guidelines have been concretely established for several years and have proved to be an asset relative to their use for categorizing websites.

In general, any Website(s) or banner(s) that cannot be experienced by someone 13 years of age  or under, based on the FTC Guidelines,,will must be placed into a special, restricted, targeting category which entitled "FTC Restricted Content". The type of content included in this category may vary greatly over time, as the FTC guidelines that define the restrictions on the content change. You agree to categorize your Website(s) and/or banner(s) to conform to the categorization as defined by the FTC Guidelins, as applicable.

You understand that it is NOT the responsibility of TrafficCentral or of any TrafficCentral Node Owner or operator to determine the category for ANY Website(s) and/or banner(s) contained within a Customer's Back Office.  You agree that, as the Website owner, You are solely responsible for selecting and setting the category or zone for your Website(s) and/or banner(s).
You agree to follow the FTC Guidelines when selecting the category or zone for your Website(s) and/or banner(s).  You understand that other persons selecting their own category or zone may err and that not all content synergistic to the category or zone that you selected for your website may interact with persons viewing your site or the others.

Imperative 7 - Distribution of Advertising Functionality & Services

The Network

The TrafficCentral Network consists of many Nodes, each operating software and hardware that induces the exchange of web requests using modern Internet protocols. Because the TrafficCentral Network is not a single Node like almost all other advertising exchange systems on the Internet, your site may be displayed on any Participant website in the entire Network. This is traditionally and programmatically biased by the selection of various 'categories and/or zones' to reduce the expanse of the set of Nodes and interacting web browsers on the Internet. TrafficCentral's Network of Node Owners and operators have the option of configuring collaborative communications channels among several Nodes that may be ANYWHERE the Node operators choose. In addition, TrafficCentral, Node Owners, or their assigns, may cause further distribution of your websites through interactions among many Nodes through a system or piece of software commonly referred to as a "Traffic Mixer" (mixers).

Because each Node Owner is an independent business person, and because the Node Owners are not required to configure the collaborative traffic exchange links through the mixers in any predetermined, yet controlled, topology, your Website(s) and/or banner(s) may be displayed on or through any Node in the TrafficCentral Network, even a Node on which you did not register as a User, Member, Participant, Purchaser, Affiliate, Reseller, or Node Owner. Because each Node Owner will configure and vary the configuration of the traffic mixers in or on that Node, and because each Node Owner may change the selection of Nodes for sharing and exchanging traffic, the site through which your Websites(s) and/or banner(s) are shown, and the demographics of how and where your website is displayed may vary over time.

You agree and consent to the display of your Website(s) and/or banner(s) through or at any Node within the TrafficCentral Network, even if you have no direct relationship with that Node or Node Owner.  Further, You agree to abide by the License/Terms and Conditions (of Use) for any Node within the TrafficCentral Network through which, or on which, your Website(s) and/or banner(s) are displayed.

Imperative 8 - Customer Protective Technology™ & Customer Protective Environment™

Every Customer deserves to have the greatest level of protection any advertising company can make available for them. Unfortunately, many of the limitations of most advertising exchanges and systems today, cause loss to Customers. Many environmental, political, and sociological pressures (including financial stress), are causing many Internet exchanges to even collapse on their own anti-autosurf policies and "join the crowd"because they cannot resolve technical issues or are not creative enough to invent NEW solutions to protect Customers.

TrafficCentral has generated a substantial set of requirements to meet the current and projected needs of Internet exchanges, and Doug Ashbaugh and his team, have delivered to TrafficCentral the ultimate Internet exchange technology, which includes many new inventions that are now Patent Pending, because of the ingenuity that is built into each TrafficCentral MUTANT™ Node!

TrafficCentral has had many safeguards designed into it's MUTANT™ Node Architecture that FAR SURPASS all other exchange technologies in the industry.

IPDefense™
These include and investment in new ad exchange engine with special AutoSurf attack and IP Blast attack sensing technologies. Combined these are referred to as IPDefense™. Other special and futuristic Patent Pending technology includes the world's first "cookieless" Internet exchange engine, that works properly relative to the normal dispatch of ads, and most importantly the normal dpreciation of an advertiser's account, even when a surfer disables cookies in their browser. Obsolete exchange technologies, currently prevelant on the Internet, will often dispatch ads repeatedly and in spurious and uncontrolled burts that result in no effective advertising being display, yet causes substantial losses by a great reduction of advertiser credits. TrafficCentral has prepared far reaching technology for it's Customers and the Customers of TrafficCentral Node Owners.

As more and more surfers disable their browser cookies due to ad blocking requirements and privacy concerns, TrafficCentral is the only known system on the Internet that will properly dispatch ads, and further has exclusive marketing rights to the Patent Pending technology, ensuring that TrafficCentral will remain in the lead and the only viable advertising service on the Internet today and permanently.

Another level of Customer Protective Technology™, conceived by the Team at TrafficCentral and designed into the current Node architecture by Doug Ashbaugh, is automated AutoSurf and IPBlast attack detection, with defensive tools including IP address blocking firewall capabilities. Combined these allow near instant deflection of any offending IP address.

This aspect of the central philosophy of TrafficCentral provides a strong Customer Protective Environment™ via contracts, and Terms and Conditions, for all participants including strict guidelines and requirements, not limited to, traffic quality monitoring, node audit provisions, automated central attack reporting and response/access services, and many other cooperative features not found in any other exchange model. The TrafficCentral Global Network is the result of many months of planning from a technical, business, and legal perspective. It is unsurpassed in the Industry and is truly a State of the Art opportunity.

TrafficCentral MUTANT™ based Nodes communicate on secure and reliable data channels at a new level never before seen or used on the Internet, and that TrafficCentral currently has exclusive rights to market and merge this Patent Pending technology into it's MUTANT™ Node Architecture and MUTANT™ based products.

It is part of the core philosophy of TrafficCentral™ that we may continue to increase these functions and capabilities to protect our customers beyond industry standards; and as a customer or other form of participant, you will work with TrafficCentral as required to support, enable, and/or defend, it's Customer Protective Environment™. In addition, TrafficCentral™ and all Node Owners and Operators in the TrafficCentral Network agree to perpetually defend heavily against AutoSurf.

Our job is to show our Customers and the World how an honest and ethical advertising environment, unimpuned by AutoSurf, is supposed to be.

Imperative 9 - Inversion of Priority Levels

Most internet advertising services or traffic exchanges prohibit or limit the use of external advertising services on web pages that are to be advertised by the exchange or service. TrafficCentral has an opposite philosophy and wishes that each Website and/or banner that interacts with the TrafficCentral Network also interact with other exchanges.  Therefore, the priority level of Website(s) and/or banner(s) that also interact with other advertising exchanges is higher than that of Website(s) and/or banner(s) that do not.  Why would an exchange do this?  This relates to the ideas of "unstoppable advertising" and something known as "Traffic Vortex Theory".

Websites that have other forms of advertising on them will be in the same exchange service as your website and Node Owners and operators will adjust the priority levels of all site, affecting traffic volumes.  Priority levels may vary over time as the definitions of each priority level evolve.

You consent to the Node Owner or operator of the Sites setting the priority level for your Website(s) and/or banner(s).  Further, You understand that the actual priority levels and the requirements to achieve each level will be evaluated and may vary over time. You understand that the Priority Level setting for your Website(s) and/or banner(s) will impact the traffic volume of your Website(s) and/or banner(s). You understand that TrafficCentral's core philosophies will not change (although they may evolve), and instead, the core technologies, architecture, and Network will vary, over time, to support the core philosophies.

Imperative 10 - Entrapment is Inevitable - Traffic Vortex Theory

The TrafficCentral Network and it's ad delivery services are designed around Doug Ashbaugh's Traffic Vortex Theory. The Traffic Vortex Theory is enabled through Our Network by TrafficCentral's unstoppable advertising and the coherent and collaborative interaction of the Nodes in the TrafficCentral Network.

TrafficCentral's Advertising is Unstoppable --  other advertising technologies are stoppable

Therefore, statistically, any surfers on exchanges interacting with websites that also participate in the TrafficCentral Network, will ultimately be drawn into the TrafficCentral Network or Nodes and Websites. This theory presents the surfer or consuming internet viewer as being located geometrically on the fringe of the TrafficCentral Network of Nodes initially, and being drawn further into the center of the Network through the Nodes and the interacting traffic paths oriented by the Node mixers.  The result is not only better volume of pure high quality traffic but internet surfers who view a higher percentage of Websites in the TrafficCentral Network than in any other exchanges on the Internet.  TrafficCentral and the Node Owners within the TrafficCentral Network fully intend on "capturing" internet surfers within the TrafficCentral Network to allow real human beings more opportunities to view our Members, Participants, and Purchaers Website(s).

As TrafficCentral expands it's network of Nodes, the Traffic Volume will increase and likely expand exponentially, and vary over time. The Technology, the TrafficCentral Network, and the TrafficCentral business model are based on a new Traffic Vortex Theory that has not been practiced by any other Internet company. TrafficCentral is a pioneer in the use and development of this theory and any results of use may not be wholly predictable.

To further clarify and understand the theory, view each Node of the TrafficCentral network as a Tornado with the Node at the center of the vortex drawing in individual surfers and interacting with other vortex simulating Nodes. The end result is that over time, any surfer that gets absorbed by the TrafficCentral Network will have a statistical bias to ending up viewing Websites from Members in any Node in the TrafficCentral Network. Interestingly enough, once a surfer arrives on an advertiser's Website, the browser requests are sent/mixed back to the other nodes for reintroduction. This yields improved traffic volumes while maintaining the quality of real visitor traffic for all TrafficCentral Network Members and Participants.

The TrafficCentral Network is designed to capture and "trap" human visitors and may improve traffic volume to Website(s). It should be noted that as the number of Website(s) participating in the TrafficCentral Network increases, this collective entrapment of real human visitors will occur and Traffic Volume will be enhanced.  You understand that neither TrafficCentral nor any Node Owners with in the TrafficCentral Network can enforce any level of participation by Members; neither can predict the interactions or reactions of competitive exchanges; and therefore, neither can predict nor project Traffic Volume growth at this time.

Furthermore, no Node Owner may ever suggest that any quantity of Traffic, or Traffic Volume, will be delivered over any fixed period of time
.

It is the opinion of TrafficCentral that any such promises or commitments can lead only to a perpetuation of AutoSurf / fabricated traffic, therefore we do not allow this form of statement. No Node Owner may ever make any commitments to any volume of traffic over any fixed period of time. Such statements may only be considered to be fictional, guesswork, or unfounded predictions, and therefore are not credible and are not allowed by TrafficCentral. Traffic volume will always remain a secondary concern and superceeded by traffic quality.

You understand that any form of request for time-limited traffic volume commitments are specifically disallowed by TrafficCentral, and You agree to refrain from enticing any Node owner or other operator within the TrafficCentral Network from making such statements or commitments. You understand that making such requests may be severely damaging to TrafficCentral's central business theme, core philosophies, and is a serious infraction of proper conduct resulting in interference with the normal operation of the TrafficCentral Network.

TrafficCentral will never make any statements or claims to a certain Traffic Volume over a specific, fixed period, of time. If any volume information is ever conveyed, TrafficCentral will only give reports based on real and recent measured results, if at all.

You understand that TrafficCentral's primary focus is on Traffic Quality in the form of targeted, real human, visitors. It is our self imposed obligation, and obligations imposed upon the Network by TrafficCentral, to collectively protect our advertiser's budgets; and to ensure fair and equitable consumption of our advertiser credits as compared to the number of real human visitors delivered to the website being advertised. We will always lead the industry regarding sales and conversion ratios as compared to the amount of money expended by our advertisers. We are Unstoppable Advertising™.
